 Lantana wins People's Choice Award for Community of the Year at the Dallas Home builders Association McSAM Awards two years in a row! The McSAM Awards were created in 1979 by the Sales and Marketing Council in recognition of Sales and Marketing excellence. The prestigious McSAM Award is given to Builders, Developers and Realtors who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing through specific achievements during the year. 2011 was the first time the People's Choice Award was given. Residents and Visitors of metroplex communities were asked to vote for their favorite community! Lantana is proud to be the only community in the Dallas Fort Worth area voted Community of the Year by our residents and visitors. Thanks to everyone that voted Lantana as their favorite!
