Solid Waste/Recycle

• Solid waste pick-up will be curbside, on Tuesday and Friday in 95-gallon carts provided by Waste Management.
• Recycle pick-up will be curbside on Friday in 18-gallon bins provided by Waste Management. Please click here for additional information about recycling.
• Bulky items collection will occur twice a year at no additional cost to the customer.
• Per the ARC guidelines, trash cans may not be taken to the curb before 6:00 pm the night before and must be returned out of site, by 9:00 am the day following pick-up.

Fees

Solid Waste and recycle will be $16.50  per residence per month. A $10.00 deposit is required for each 95-gallon waste cart.

Billing

Solid Waste and recycle will be included in the monthly water bill.

Water and Waste Water

• Monthly fee for water service is $20.00, which includes the first 1,000 gallons. Volume charge per 1,000 gallons over minimum up to 10,000 gallons $2.75.  Volume charge per 1,000 gallons from 10,001 - 25,000 gallons $3.25.  Volume charge per 1,000 gallons over 25,000 gallons $3.60. 

• Monthly fee for sewer service is $22.00 ¤  which includes the first 1,000 gallons. Additional usage will be billed at $3.00 per 1,000 gallons.

¤ Sewage will be billed at $57.00 per month for new residents until a winter average is established. Winter averages are determined each year based upon average flows for December, January and February.
