Ceiling Fan Installer (also drape fixtures, and blinds)
 Having build three new homes in the last many years I've had to install, move, and reinstall many ceiling fans.
Did you know when you sell your home each bedroom without a ceiling fan can cost you $1000 decline in your asking price. I know, my wife is a Realtor and she tells me all these things.
You must buy everything. I just do the installations up to 12 foot ceilings... for a 12 foot ceiling I recommend you get the 18 inch down rod. Call me for all your questions.
